Gîte Ti Arzou: right in the heart of Le Conquet, in a renovated 1814 building (restored in 2013). Direct access to shops. Just 300 meters from the beach, Portez, the GR34 hiking trail, the fishing port, and the ferry terminal for boats to Ouessant and Molène. • Upstairs gîte for up to 4 guests: fully equipped kitchen, living room, TV, HiFi, WiFi, games, books, washing machine, barbecue, dining area, bathroom with sink, 140x90 shower, toilet, and two bedrooms—one with a 160x200 bed, the other with two 90x190 beds. • Maisonette Ti Arzou: equipped kitchen, lounge area, bathroom with sink, 140x90 shower, toilet, and a mezzanine bedroom with a 180x190 bed and a 90x190 bed. Beds are made before your arrival, and towels are provided. HiFi, WiFi, games, books, barbecue, washing machine. For both rentals, beds are made before your arrival. Amenities include TV, HiFi, WiFi, games, books, hiking guides, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. There is a parking space for your car in the courtyard. On the ground floor, there’s an entrance hall; upstairs, you’ll find a bright living room with high ceilings and exposed beams, a charming kitchen with stone walls, one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, another with two 90x190 cm beds, and a bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and sink. Beds are made up, and towels are provided. A parking space is available for you in a gated lot 200 meters from the house.
